目的为了老年人膳食结构的季节变化,找出存在的问题,为今后开展营养健康指导提供依据。方法采用现场询问法,于春秋两季对198名老年人进行了7d询问法膳食调查。结果动物性食品和植物油春秋两季没有差异,蔬菜水果具有较强的季节性且水果摄入量高,粮食摄入量低,脂肪摄入量高,尤其是春季。结论建议增加杂粮的摄入,控制动物性食物和油脂的摄入量,在各个季节应均衡摄入水果。
Objective To find out the existing problems for the seasonal changes of the dietary structure of the elderly and provide the basis for the future guidance of nutrition and health. Methods Using on-site interrogation method, 198 elderly people were investigated for dietary information for 7 days in the spring and autumn. Results There was no difference between spring and autumn in animal foods and vegetable oils. Vegetables and fruits were highly seasonal and had high fruit intake, low food intake and high fat intake, especially in spring. Conclusions It is advisable to increase the intake of miscellaneous grains, control the intake of animal foods and fat, and ensure balanced intake of fruits in all seasons.
