研究不同真菌微生物在提胶过程中对杜仲叶纤维素的分解效果,从而筛选出适合于杜仲叶发酵分解的菌类。结果表明,黑曲霉BN易于分解杜仲叶,且经其发酵处理后胶得率可提高13.3%。利用酸碱处理法测定的粗纤维素含量可作为衡量微生物对杜仲叶分解能力的指标。
The effect of different fungi on the decomposition of cellulose in Eucommia ulmoides leaves was studied in order to select the suitable fungi for fermentative decomposition of Eucommia leaf. The results showed that Aspergillus niger BN was easy to decompose Eucommia ulmoides leaves, and the gel yield could be increased by 13.3% after it was fermented. The crude cellulose content determined by acid-base treatment can be used as an indicator to measure the decomposing ability of microorganisms on Eucommia leaf.
