目的 :通过比较牛奶和奶茶中 Ca、Mg、Fe、Zn4种元素在实验大白鼠中的吸收、利用情况 ,欲了解奶茶中 4种元素的吸收利用情况是否优于普通牛奶。方法 :采用动物实验的方法 ,分别测定大白鼠喂养前后各样品组 4种元素的血清水平含量变化。结果 :两个品牌的全脂奶粉组实验前后血清 4种元素水平无变化 (均 P>0 .0 5) ;内蒙古伊利牌奶茶粉仅有 Ca元素血清水平较实验喂养前增高 ( t=2 .2 72 3,P<0 .0 5) ,即该品牌的奶茶粉可促进钙离子的吸收 ;乌鲁木齐市新疆牌奶茶粉实验后有 Ca、Fe、Zn 3种元素血清水平较实验喂养前明显增高 (均 P<0 .0 5) ;4种品牌奶粉、奶茶粉样品间 4种元素血清水平比较 ,乌鲁木齐市新疆牌奶茶粉样品血清 Ca、Zn水平较其他 3种样品均高 ( P<0 .0 5)。结论 :新疆牌奶茶粉有利于钙、铁、锌 3种人体所必需元素的吸收利用 ,优于其它 3种品牌的奶粉、奶茶粉
OBJECTIVE: To compare the absorption and utilization of four elements of Ca, Mg, Fe and Zn in milk and milk tea in experimental rats, and to find out whether the absorption and utilization of four elements in milk tea is better than that of ordinary milk. Methods: Animal experiments were used to determine the serum levels of four elements in each sample before and after feeding. Results: There were no changes in the serum levels of the four elements before and after the two brands of whole milk powder (all P> 0.05). The content of serum calcium in Yili brand milk powder in Inner Mongolia was higher than that before the experiment (t = 2. 2 723, P <0. 05), that is, the brand of tea powder can promote the absorption of calcium ions; Urumqi, Xinjiang brand milk tea powder after the experiment with Ca, Fe, Zn three elements of serum levels were significantly higher than before feeding (All P <0.05). The serum levels of four elements in four brand milk powder and tea powder samples were higher than those in the other three samples (P <0. 0 5). Conclusion: Xinjiang brand milk tea powder is beneficial to the absorption and utilization of the necessary elements of calcium, iron and zinc, which is better than the other three brands of milk powder, tea powder
