广东籍海外华侨华人拥有较强的经济实力和广泛的商业网络,华侨华人及其关系网络是广东走向世界的一条经济、便捷、有效的天然渠道,华侨华人是引领广东“走出去”发展战略的最佳向导与合作伙伴,是必须倚重的力量。本文首先介绍广东华人华侨的海外发展现状,其次从交易成本的角度建立起华商网络的经济学分析框架,对华人华侨在广东“走出去”战略中进行成本分析,最后对广东如何利用华商网络“走出去”提出若干政策建议。
Overseas Chinese in Guangdong have strong economic strength and extensive commercial network. Overseas Chinese and their networks are an economical, convenient and effective natural channel for Guangdong to go to the rest of the world. Overseas Chinese are leading the development of Guangdong’s “going out” The best guide and partner for strategy are the strengths that must be relied upon. This article first introduces the overseas development status of overseas Chinese in Guangdong province, secondly establishes the economic analysis framework of Chinese business network from the perspective of transaction cost, and analyzes the cost of Chinese overseas Chinese in Guangdong “going out ” strategy. Finally, Network “going out ” made a number of policy recommendations.
