螺杆转子是螺杆真空泵的内核部分,转子型线的优劣直接影响到泵的整体性能、运行的稳定可靠以及制造成本。本文基于螺杆啮合原理,得到单头等螺距梯形内凹型线的完整型线方程,利用UG表达式创建出截面型线,并建模。通过模拟啮合,验证了型线方程的正确性——拥有完整的啮合线,且啮合运转过程中不会发生齿面干涉。
Screw rotor is the core part of the screw vacuum pump, rotor type of the merits of a direct impact on the overall performance of the pump, the operation of the stable and reliable and manufacturing costs. In this paper, based on the principle of screw engagement, the complete line equation of trapezoidal concave line with single head and equal pitch is obtained, and the cross section line is created by UG expression and modeled. Through the simulation of meshing, the correctness of the profile equation is verified - with a complete meshing line and no tooth surface interference during meshing operation.
