采用陶瓷电容类Blumlein电路的横向激励激光器,在N_2、Xe-He、CO_2三种工作气体中获得了激光输出,测量分析了该激光器的放电特性,并指出可用于更多气体中获得激光振蕩。
The lateral excitation laser with a ceramic capacitor type Blumlein circuit was used to obtain the laser output in three working gases N 2, Xe-He and CO 2. The discharge characteristics of the laser were measured and analyzed. The laser oscillation can be obtained in more gases.
