近年来,随着我国对外贸易的迅速发展,海上航运逐步成为了对外贸易的主要形式之一。航运规模的迅速扩大意味着运输风险的相应增加,而国际政治和经济局势变革地加剧也要求我国建立完善的海上保险法律制度,以有效地维护航运从业人员的合法权益以及海运标的物的安全。文章通过介绍海上保险法律制度的主要内容、基本特点,并结合我国海上保险法律制度的发展现状,就如何进一步完善我国海上保险法律制度提出建议和思考。
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s foreign trade, maritime shipping has gradually become one of the major forms of foreign trade. The rapid expansion of the shipping scale means a corresponding increase in the transportation risk. The fact that the international political and economic situation is changing more and more also requires China to establish a sound maritime insurance legal system so as to effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of shipping employees and the safety of marine transportation. By introducing the main content and the basic characteristics of maritime insurance legal system and combining with the development status quo of maritime insurance legal system in our country, the article puts forward suggestions and reflections on how to further improve our maritime insurance legal system.
