Few companies have a solid foundation of commitment to sustainability from the very beginning. To achieve sustainability, companies need leadership commitment, the ability to convince stakeholders across the value chain, broad employee engagement, and disciplined enforcement mechanisms. In the past few years, the sustainable development of enterprises has drawn global attention.
