利用冲压发动机热力计算程序,对镁铝中能贫氧推进剂的能量特性进行了系统研究,并探讨了高能组分对该类贫氧推进剂能量性能的影响。研究结果表明,在镁铝中能贫氧推进剂中增加镁粉含量(或减少铝粉含量),贫氧推进剂的比冲下降。在一定空燃比范围内,增加空燃比有助于提高冲压发动机的比冲。提高贫氧推进剂中CL20和硼粉含量,可以显著提高其能量。而采用叠氮类含能粘合剂取代惰性粘合剂时,贫氧推进剂的比冲降低。
Based on the thermal calculation program of ramjet engine, the energy characteristics of oxygen-poor propellant in magnesium-aluminum alloy were systematically studied and the effect of high-energy components on the energy performance of such oxygen-poor propellants was also discussed. The results show that increasing the content of magnesium (or reducing the content of aluminum) in the oxygen-poor propellant can reduce the specific impulse of the oxygen-poor propellant. In a certain range of air-fuel ratio, increasing the air-fuel ratio helps to improve the specific impulse of the ramjet. Improve the oxygen-poor propellant CL 20 and boron content, can significantly improve its energy. However, the use of azide-containing binders to replace inert binders reduces the specific impulse of the oxygen-poor propellant.
