一位优秀的语文教师需要什么素质?这一论题多年来在教育界一直是一个热议的话题。比较客观的定论为,首先一个优秀的语文教师应该具备较高的教育教学能力;高尚的师德;崇高的价值取向;渊博的知识文化涵养。这些硬性的指标成为衡量一个语文老师是否优秀的试金石。但是,多年来用这块"试金石"为标准培养出来的语文教师在其工作岗位上所呈现出来的效果却不尽人意,优秀的语文教师少之又少。这就引起我们的深思,我们有好的规尺去衡量一个语文教师是否优秀,却忽略了一个语文教师如何实现优秀的途径。
