河南省郑州市教科文卫体工会是郑州市最大的产业工会,有职工42467人、工会会员42360人。近年来,我们高度重视工会干部的选拔配备,尤其把选好配强工会主席作为加强新时期基层工会组织建设的重要措施来抓,特别是在教育、卫生系统各基层单位工会主席的选拔配备上进行了积极探索,取得了明显成效。我们的经验做法是:摸清底数,统一思想,在配备工会主席的思路上形成共识底数不清楚,思路难明确。多年以来,由于历史原因,部分学校、医院的工会组织一直处于有“娘家”无“家
