采用无损检测技术对碳纤维增强复合材料进行检测是保证其构件质量的必要手段。介绍了利用红外热波无损检测技术对碳纤维增强多层复合材料板冲击损伤试件检测的结果,并将热波检测结果与超声C扫描检测结果进行比较,结果表明两种检测方法各具优势。热波检测技术与超声检测技术结合起来对碳纤维增强多层复合材料板冲击损伤无损检测效果更佳。
The use of non-destructive testing of carbon fiber reinforced composite material testing is to ensure the quality of its components necessary means. The results of using infrared thermal wave non-destructive testing technology to test the impact damage specimen of carbon fiber reinforced multi-layer composite plate are introduced. The results of thermal wave detection and ultrasonic C-scan are compared. The results show that both methods have their own advantages.
