随着煤炭作业环境的复杂化,传统的数据采集系统已无法满足煤炭企业对数据采集的要求,数据采集作为监测和控制煤炭作业环境的一项措施,同时也是保障煤炭企业安全生产的前提。为了提高煤炭企业生产的安全性,文章在原有煤炭数据采集系统的基础上,通过在系统设计中融入TD技术和无线传感技术,对系统的数据采集性能进行提升,并针对新型数据采集系统的结构设计、功能及单元组成进行了详细的设计,在保障煤炭企业安全生产的同时,促进该系统在煤炭企业的广泛使用。
With the complexity of the coal operating environment, the traditional data acquisition system can not meet the requirements of coal mining enterprises for data collection. Data acquisition is a measure to monitor and control the coal operating environment and is also the prerequisite for safe production of coal mines. In order to improve the safety of coal production, based on the original coal data acquisition system, this paper improves the data acquisition performance of the system by incorporating TD technology and wireless sensing technology into the system design, and aims at the new data acquisition system Structural design, function and unit composition of a detailed design, in ensuring the safe production of coal enterprises at the same time, to promote the system widely used in coal enterprises.
