实例一:不可省略的单桩静载试验某工程采用覫500钻孔灌注桩,桩长23~30 m。由于业主方的进度要求,在桩基施工前,取消了单桩承载力静载试验这道程序,设计单位根据已有经验,确定单桩竖向极限承载力标准值分别为1 600~2 360 kN。桩基施工结束后,经检测单位检测,单桩实际承载力达不到设计值(表1)。
Example 1: Non-omissible single-pile static load test One project uses 覫 500 bored piles, pile length 23 ~ 30 m. Due to the progress of the owner, before the construction of pile foundation, the procedure of static load test for single pile is canceled. According to the existing experience, the design unit determines that the standard values of vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile are respectively from 1 600 to 2 360 kN. After the construction of the pile foundation, the testing unit tests, the actual bearing capacity of single pile can not reach the design value (Table 1).
