目的:探讨丙卡特罗联合布地奈德对慢性咳嗽患儿血清免疫球蛋白E水平及复发率的影响。方法:选择2018年2月—2019年6月本院收治的慢性咳嗽患儿128例,根据抽签法将其分为两组,各64例。两组均进行病原体检测,对症给予抗感染药物、化痰等处理措施。对照组在此基础上取1 mg布地奈德混悬液与2 ml氯化钠注射液混合,将混合液通过雾化器给药,雾化吸入2次/d;观察组在对照组基础上口服盐酸丙卡特罗片25μg/次,1次/d,每晚睡前服用,两组均连续治疗1个月。治疗1个月后,比较两组血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)水平、复发
