改革创新永无止境,调整改造未有穷期。在国家实施东北老工业基地振兴战略十年后,2013年《全国老工业基地调整改造规划(2013—2022年)》的出台,无疑为黑龙江老工业基地新一轮调整改造提供了重要战略机遇。在龙江老工业基地调整改造的“新十年”中,我们要继续全面深化改革,推进新型工业化和新型城镇化,加快转变经济发展方式,构建龙江经济发展新局面。
Endless reform and innovation, adjustment and reform have no end. Ten years after China implemented the revitalization strategy of the northeast old industrial base, the promulgation of the “2013 National Old Industrial Base Adjustment and Reconstruction Plan (2013-2022)” undoubtedly provided an important strategic opportunity for the new round of adjustment and reform of the old industrial bases in Heilongjiang Province. In the “new decade” of the restructuring and rejuvenation of the old industrial base of Longjiang, we will continue to deepen the reform in an all-round way, promote new-type industrialization and new-type urbanization, speed up the transformation of the economic development mode and build a new situation in the economic development of Longjiang.
