目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血清中胱抑素C(Cysc)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的水平测定对诊断早期糖尿病肾病价值。方法180例2型糖尿病患者根据尿肾功能指标(包括尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAG))分为尿肾功正常组和尿肾功异常组各90例,另选100例健康者为对照组,采用OlympusAu640全自动生化分析仪分别检测血清中的Cysc以及hs-CRP水平,并对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果2型糖尿病患者Cysc以及hs-CRP水平均高于对照组(P<0.01),尿肾功异常组患者的Cysc以及hs-CRP水平也明显高于尿肾功正常组(P<0.01),在2型糖尿病患者中,血清中的Cysc与hs-CRP呈正相关(r=0.39)。结论Cysc、hs-CRP可作为糖尿病肾病早期诊断的敏感指标,联合检测更具实用价值。
Objective To investigate the serum levels of cystatin C (Cysc) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in the diagnosis of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods One hundred and eighty patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups according to urinary renal function indexes (including urinary albumin (mAlb), urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase Divided into normal urinary renal function group and urinary renal dysfunction group 90 cases, another 100 cases of healthy control group, using OlympusAu640 automatic biochemical analyzer were detected serum levels of Cysc and hs-CRP, and the test results Statistical analysis. Results The levels of Cysc and hs-CRP in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.01). The levels of Cysc and hs-CRP in patients with abnormal urinary and renal dysfunction were also significantly higher than those in patients with normal renal function (P <0.01) In patients with type 2 diabetes, serum Cysc was positively correlated with hs-CRP (r = 0.39). Conclusion Cysc, hs-CRP can be used as a sensitive indicator of early diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy, joint detection more practical value.
