小浪底库区黄河特大桥永久钢护筒沉设施工过程中,个别墩位出现溜桩现象。由于溜桩发生的比较突然,且溜桩长度大,钢护筒下沉速度过快,可能会引起钢护筒脱锤、履带吊倾覆以及影响施工平台结构安全等严重后果。本文结合本工程施工实际情况,分析溜桩原因,并准确预判开始溜桩位置,介绍了所采取的解决措施,经检验,解决措施效果良好,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
Xiaolangdi reservoir area Yellow River super-bridge permanent steel casing sinking construction process, the individual piers appear slippery phenomenon. Due to the sudden occurrence of slippery pile and the large length of slippery pile, the speed of sinking steel casing is too fast, which may lead to hammering of steel casing, overturning of crawler cranes and serious consequences of structural safety of the construction platform. Based on the actual situation of this project, this paper analyzes the reasons of slippery pile and accurately predicts the position of slippery pile, introduces the measures to be taken. After examination, the measures are effective and can provide reference for similar projects.
