排球运动在我国拥有广泛的群众基础,在高校中是体育课的主要教学内容之一。在东北地区由于气候因素及其导致的排球球体物理特性的变化使得高校在开展排球选项课过程中的教学效果受到很大的影响。本文聚焦于东北地区高校排球选项课教学效果的提高,通过对气排球、软式排球、硬式排球特点的分析,提出了气排球、软式排球、硬式排球结合运用促进排球选项课教学效果提高的开展策略。
