随着社会的发展和进步,男女平等的思想深入人心,我国国企员工构成中,女性员工的数量逐渐增多,并起着男员工不可替代的作用。国企女员工的思想政治工作是否做好直接关系到国企工作能否顺利展开。然而,从目前实际情况来看,国企女员工的思政工作仍然存在着一些问题,本文主要分析了如何做好国企女员工思政工作的方法和策略,希望能够对我国国企发展提供借鉴作用。
With the development and progress of society, the idea of equality between men and women enjoys popular support. The number of female employees in China’s state-owned enterprises has gradually increased, and plays an irreplaceable role as a male employee. Whether the ideological and political work of employees in state-owned enterprises are well done is directly related to whether the work of state-owned enterprises can proceed smoothly. However, judging from the current actual situation, there are still some problems in the ideological and political work of the female employees in state-owned enterprises. This article mainly analyzes the methods and tactics of how to do the ideological and political work for the female employees in the state-owned enterprises and hopes to provide reference for the development of China’s state-owned enterprises.
