一、农村电网计量管理现状1.路远分散,效率低下乡镇供电所布局分散、面广路远,现场工作的大部分时间都消耗在行车路途上,导致现场工作效率低下,现场检查和抽查的覆盖率低,现场信息失真度大。2.专业管理,不够细致受限于年龄结构和学历结构的现状,各供电所基础数据经常不对应,且与现场信息有出入。农电管理人员人少、事多、工作量大,数据无法真正全部核实到位,造成专业管理不够细致。
