针对大尺度单层平面索网幕墙施工中常用的配重施工法存在的多种弊端,通过深入分析竖索在施工过程中的弹性变形规律,基于前期研究提出的改进非线性逆迭代面内找形方法,灵活运用配重施工方法的原理,结合现场可操作性,形成了一种适用于单层平面索网幕墙的自平直施工方法。该施工方法通过增加结构施工模拟分析,取消了配重,实现相同竣工效果,却节省了大量施工成本,减少了安全隐患。工程应用表明,自平直方法完全可以替代配重施工法,适用性更强、更经济、简单、安全,具有较强的可操作性和显著的优越性。
Aiming at the disadvantages of the commonly used method of counterweight construction in the construction of large-scale single-layer flat cable net curtain walls, by deeply analyzing the law of elastic deformation of vertical cable during the construction process and based on the improvement of nonlinear inverse iteration surface proposed in previous research Shaped method, and flexibly uses the principle of the counterweight construction method, and combines with the operability in the field, a self-leveling construction method suitable for a single-layer plane cable net curtain wall is formed. The engineering application shows that the self-leveling method can completely replace the counterweight construction method, has more applicability, is more economical, simple and safe, has strong operability and remarkable superiority.
