心理相容原则在后进青工思想政治工作中的作用

在企业里,总有一部分后进青工,他们思想上不求进取,工作上不负责任,组织纪律不能很好遵守。他们中的一些人与组织、领导、先进职工有着对立情绪,还有极少数人走上犯罪道路。他们在不同程度上,影响着企业经济效益的提高和各种活动的开展。因此,对后进青工进行有效的思想政治工作已经成为企业职工思想政治工作的重要内容之一。坚持心理相容原则,则能有效地帮助后进青工。 In the enterprise, there is always a part of young workers who work backward, ideologically motivated, irresponsible in their work, and their organizational discipline can not be observed well. Some of them have opposing sentiments with organizations, leaders and advanced workers, and a handful of people have embarked on criminal routes. To varying degrees, they affect the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises and the carrying out of various activities. Therefore, carrying out effective ideological and political work on the backward young workers has become an important part of the ideological and political work of the workers and staff of enterprises. Adhere to the principle of psychological compatibility, then it can effectively help the late green workers.
