通过对比试验研究,系统分析了国产S30432内壁喷丸管与进口Super304H内壁喷丸管在喷丸层表面状态、形变组织形貌特征、硬化效果方面的差异。研究结果表明喷丸应变硬化效果主要取决于碎化晶层和多滑移层的发育程度,尤其是取决于碎化晶层的发育程度。国产喷丸管子喷丸形变层中破碎化晶层和多滑移层的厚度及其均匀性都比不上进口管子,而且其有效硬化层的深度、硬度及其均匀性也比不上进口管子,因此,国内喷丸处理工艺水平与国外相比尚有一些差距,还有待进一步改进和提高。
By comparing the experimental study, the differences of surface morphology, deformation morphology and hardening effect of domestically produced S30432 shotcrete wall tube and imported Super304H shotcrete wall tube were systematically analyzed. The results show that the effect of shot peening strain hardening mainly depends on the degree of development of the shredded layer and the multi-slip layer, especially on the degree of development of the shredded layer.
