利用微波辅助技术提取苍耳子中的苍耳子油,通过对不同溶剂、微波功率、微波作用时间以及料液比对微波辅助提取苍耳子油的影响进行单因素考察,以确定最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:较佳的工艺条件为用无水乙醇提取,在微波功率为595 W条件下处理12 min,料液比为1∶10。与传统提取方法相比,该法提取时间短、提取效率高、并且提取的苍耳子油与传统方法提取的苍耳子油的成分无明显差异。
Microwave-assisted extraction of cocklebur oil from cocklebur fruit was conducted to investigate the effects of microwave-assisted extraction of cocklebur oil on solvent extraction, microwave power, microwave irradiation time, and feed-liquid ratio. Process. The experimental results show that the better process conditions are extraction with absolute ethanol, and the treatment is carried out at a microwave power of 595 W for 12 min. The ratio of solid to liquid is 1:10. Compared with the traditional extraction method, this method has a short extraction time and high extraction efficiency, and there is no significant difference between the extracted Xanthium oil and the traditional Xanthium oil extracted from traditional methods.
