目的:探讨健康教育对于习惯性流产患者社会支持和抑郁的影响。方法:选择2010年6月~2011年6月习惯性流产患者140例,随机分为实验组(健康教育组)70例和对照组70例,对照组实施常规护理,而实验组在对照组的基础上进行健康教育的干预,用社会支持量表(SSQ)和汉密尔顿抑郁量表对两组患者在干预前后进行测量,比较评分结果。结果:实验组社会支持总分与对照组相比明显提高,抑郁总分较对照组明显下降。结论:在临床护理中应注重与患者建立良好的护患关系;对患者进行健康教育对习惯性流产患者抑郁的缓解及社会支持水平的提高是有效的。
Objective: To explore the impact of health education on social support and depression in patients with habitual abortion. Methods: 140 patients with habitual abortion from June 2010 to June 2011 were randomly divided into experimental group (health education group) 70 cases and control group 70 cases. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group in the control group Based on the health education intervention, using the social support scale (SSQ) and Hamilton Depression Scale in both groups before and after intervention to measure and compare the score results. Results: The total score of social support in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the total score of depression was significantly lower than that in control group. Conclusion: In clinical nursing, we should pay attention to establishing a good nurse-patient relationship with patients. It is effective to relieve depression and improve the level of social support for patients with habitual abortion in health education.
