结合我国山区综合开发的现状分析,详细阐述了实施山区林业综合开发战略应坚持以林业为主体,以经济林建设为突破口,以市场为导向,以商品生产为中心的战略思想和措施。针对山区所具有的自然特征、经济特点、生产力水平、存在问题和分区布局,提出了山区林业开发建设的主要方向。
Combined with the current situation of comprehensive development of mountainous areas in our country, the paper elaborates the strategic ideas and measures of implementing forestry integrated development strategy in mountainous areas should take forestry as the main body, economic forest construction as a breakthrough, market orientation and commodity production as the center. In view of the natural features, economic characteristics, productivity, existing problems and zoning layout of mountainous areas, the main directions of mountainous forestry development and construction are put forward.
