目的:观察野菜马齿苋的保健功效,为开发以之为原料的保健品提供依据。方法:以马齿苋提取液予老龄BALB/C小鼠灌胃45天后测定与抗氧化延缓衰老及美容有关的生化指标。结果:马齿苋提取液能使超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性显著增强(p<0.05或0.01);谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提高(p<0.01);心肌脂褐素明显减少(p<0.05);肝脏过氧化脂质(LPO)明显降低(p<0.05或0.01)。结论:马齿苋提取液具有较明显有抗氧化延缓衰老和润肤美容的功效。
Objective: To observe the health effects of wild purslane and provide basis for the development of health products based on it. METHODS: After 45 days of oral gavage in aged BALB/C mice with extracts of purslane, biochemical indexes related to anti-oxidation, anti-aging and beauty were measured. Results: The purslane extract can significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) (p<0.05 or 0.01); glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and catalase (CAT) The activity was significantly increased (p<0.01); myocardial lipofuscin was significantly reduced (p<0.05); liver lipid peroxide (LPO) was significantly decreased (p<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The purslane extract has obvious anti-oxidation effect of delaying aging and emollient beauty.
