介绍了利用电子探针与X-射线能谱仪分析水镁石纤维混凝土中微区成分信息及高分辨电子显微结构信息。该方法通过电子探针(EPMA)分析技术测试了制备好的水镁石纤维混凝土试件,利用二次电子及背散射成像,观察了水镁石纤维在混凝土中的分散及结合现象;利用EDS进行线扫描及面扫描分析了微区成分。根据高分辨电子显微观察结果及微区成分测试结果,揭示了水镁石纤维在混凝土中与水泥为物理结合,而且可以均匀分散。通过电子探针分析与X-射线能谱仪相结合的分析技术很好的解决了水泥混凝土中水镁石纤维的测定,为混凝土材料中纤维的分散性检测提供了新的思路。
Introduced the use of electron probe and X-ray spectrometer analysis of brucite fiber concrete composition information and high-resolution microstructure of the microstructure. In the method, the prepared brucite fiber concrete specimens were tested by electron probe (EPMA) analysis technique. The secondary electrons and backscatter imaging were used to observe the dispersion and combination of brucite fibers in concrete. EDS Microarray components were analyzed by line scan and area scan. According to the results of high-resolution electron microscopy and the results of the micro-zone composition test, it is revealed that brucite fiber is physically combined with cement in concrete and can be uniformly dispersed. Through the analysis of electron probe and the combination of X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer, the determination of brucite fiber in cement concrete well solves the problem of fiber dispersion in concrete.
