电弧与熔池的交互作用在两者之间形成了一个不断移动变化的自由界面,对界面的处理是实现电弧与熔池交互耦合的关键。运用建立的三维统一数学模型对TIG焊接电弧与熔池进行了动态耦合数值模拟,揭示电弧-熔池相互作用的机制以及电弧-熔池动态行为的基本规律。结果发现电弧与熔池不断交互耦合计算得出的熔池形状与试验测得的熔池形状比较吻合。
The interaction between the arc and the weld pool forms a free-moving interface between the two. The treatment of the interface is the key to the interaction between the arc and the weld pool. The established three-dimensional unified mathematical model was used to simulate the TIG welding arc and the weld pool dynamically, revealing the mechanism of the arc-weld pool interaction and the basic law of the dynamic behavior of the arc-weld pool. The results show that the shape of the weld pool calculated by the continuous interaction between the arc and the weld pool is in good agreement with the shape of the weld pool measured by the test.
