工程机械故障诊断的常规方法是先了解与故障有关的结构和原理,再进行排查和处理。笔者认为,可以采用模糊法诊断工程机械故障。采用该方法诊断故障,只需了解相关知识点,加上对故障本质的推断,即可准确、快速地排查和处理故障。现以1个故障排查实例加以说明。1台高压共轨柴油机,当转速加大到1800r/min时,柴油过滤器杯口密封圈就会损坏,更换后又出现上述故障。分析认为,该故障是因为燃油油路压力过高所致。查找调压溢流元件后发现其阶跃回油阀阀芯卡滞。将该阀芯拆下修复后试机,故障消除。
The general method of fault diagnosis of construction machinery is to first understand the structure and principle related to the fault and then conduct investigation and treatment. I believe that you can use the fuzzy method to diagnose engineering machinery failure. Using this method to diagnose faults, only need to know the relevant knowledge points, together with the inference of the nature of the fault, can accurately and quickly troubleshoot and handle faults. Now a troubleshooting example to illustrate. A high-pressure common-rail diesel engine, when the speed increased to 1800r / min, the diesel filter cup seal will be damaged, replacement and then the above failure. Analysis, the fault is due to the pressure of the fuel circuit caused. Find pressure regulator overflow element and found its step back to the valve spool stagnation. The spool removed after repair test machine, troubleshooting.
