风景名胜区的重大建设项目景观影响评价是项目建设前期必不可少的研究内容,对于风景区可持续的保护利用发展具有重要意义。本文以太湖风景名胜区阳羡景区油车水库项目建设为例,根据风景区保护要求与建设特点,建立了适合于风景区的创新型景观影响分析框架,从三维GIS、植被、水体、人文、视觉等七个方面分析了阳羡湖(油车水库)的建设对库区及周围的不同景观资源的影响,并选择关键视点对库区可视范围内的景观敏感度进行了综合评价,提出了针对性较强的景观保护、修复措施与引导性规划功能布局方案。
The landscape impact assessment of major construction projects of scenic spots is an indispensable research content in the early stage of project construction and is of great significance to the sustainable development of the protection and utilization of scenic areas. Taking the construction of Youzhu Reservoir project in Yangxian Scenic Spot of Taihu Lake Scenic Area as an example, this paper establishes an innovative landscape impact analysis framework suitable for scenic spots according to the requirements of protection and construction of scenic spots. The paper analyzes the three-dimensional GIS, vegetation, water, humanities, And other seven aspects of Yang Xian Lake (Tank Reservoir Reservoir) on the reservoir area and the surrounding landscape of different resources, and select the key point of view of the reservoir area within the visual range of landscape sensitivity for a comprehensive assessment of the proposed Targeted landscape protection, repair measures and guidance planning function layout scheme.
