洗灰机(又名淋灰机)是建筑工程中洗制抹灰、粉刷及砌筑砂浆用的石灰膏机械。本文就洗灰机的改进问题谈些看法,供研究、设计、制造和使用等部门参考。一、现有洗灰机的分析我国定型生产的洗灰机主要有两种。一种是FL-16型粉碎淋灰机(图1);另一种是鼓筒洗灰机(图2)。多数建筑单位使用的是粉碎淋灰机。无论使用粉碎淋灰机,还是鼓筒洗灰机均对改善洗灰工人的劳动条件,减轻劳动强度,提高生产率和石灰利用率两者都是起了很大作
Ash washing machine (also known as ashing machine) is a lime plaster machine used for plastering, stuccoing and masonry mortar in construction projects. This article talks about the improvement of the ash washing machine and provides reference for departments such as research, design, manufacture, and use. I. Analysis of existing ash washing machines There are two main types of ash washing machines in China. One is the FL-16 type crushing machine (Figure 1); the other is the drum cleaning machine (Figure 2). Most construction units use smashing ashing machines. Whether using a comminuting ashing machine or a drum ash washing machine is a great effort to improve the working conditions of ashwashers, reduce labor intensity, increase productivity and lime utilization.
