本文展现了朝韩文化在吉林省公安队伍执法办案时的重要性,陈述了公安队伍朝韩文化培训的现状和产生的问题。针对朝韩文化如何提高吉林省公安队伍执法办案能力产生的问题,通过培养具有朝韩文化专业性质的人才,编写大量警务韩语方面书籍和资料和朝鲜语教学和公安队伍朝韩文化培训相结合三种对策进行论述。
This article shows the importance of North Korea and South Korea’s culture in the handling of cases by the public security forces in Jilin Province and states the status quo and problems arising from the DPRK-ROK cultural training. In response to the issue of how North Korea and South Korea can raise the capacity of law enforcement and case handling of public security forces in Jilin Province, they have prepared a large number of books and materials on policing Korean language and Korean language teaching and public security teams through training of Korean and North Korean cultures with the talents of Korean and Korean cultural professionals Three kinds of countermeasures are discussed.
