运用了Taylor级数展开,消除误差高阶无穷小的方法,建立了装配质量损失模型,构造了装配质量损失目标函数,提出了运用遗传模拟退火算法,对产品装配质量损失目标函数进行了优化,这种算法寻优求解能力强,收敛速度快。
The method of Taylor series expansion was applied to eliminate the high order infinitesimal error. The assembly loss model was established and the objective function of assembly quality loss was constructed. The objective function of product assembly quality loss was optimized by using genetic simulated annealing algorithm. Search algorithm optimization and solving ability, fast convergence.
