我公司购进的一台BQ2012A龙门刨床是80年代初的老产品,在安装试车中发现垂直刀架和铡刀架进刀量不能控制,机床根本不能正常工作。经检查发现:原设计刀架拖动电动机为直流能耗制动,通过整流管2CZ20单相半波整流来实现。如图1所示。以垂直刀架为例:工作台自动工作时,由后退转为前进之际,在行程开关和时间继电器的控制下,接触器KC先吸合,刀架电动机运转,开始进刀,然后在时间继电器控制下,KC释放,电动机断电,其常闭触点使KMB吸合,把直流电源加到电动机定子绕组D_1
