综述了单线态氧的结构、制备方法.单线态氧1Δg 是氧分子的一种特殊存在形式,根据分子轨道理论其结构是:在1πg 轨道上有两个电子占据一个轨道且自旋反平行.经紫外光谱分析已验证其存在.单线态氧1 Δg 可由过氧离子和各种局部被卤代的中间体反应获得,也可在光敏染料的存在下,用紫外光照射三线态氧使其激发而得.对于单线态氧的研究将在医药、化妆品、食品等的抗氧性研究方面起到重要作用.
The structure and preparation of singlet oxygen are reviewed. Singlet oxygen 1Δg is a special form of oxygen molecule. According to the theory of molecular orbital, its structure is that two electrons occupy one orbit and the antiparallel of spin in 1π * g orbitals. Its existence has been verified by ultraviolet spectroscopy. Singlet oxygen 1 Ag can be obtained from the reaction of peroxo-ions with a variety of partially halogenated intermediates, or by the irradiation of triplet oxygen with UV light in the presence of a photosensitizing dye. The research on singlet oxygen will play an important role in the research of antioxidation of medicine, cosmetics and foodstuffs.
