随着我国经济的快速发展,国际产品需求的下降,产品内销的增加,市场营销在我国家的发展正日趋壮大,对市场营销毕业生的需求也成逐年上升的趋势。但是我国高职院校的市场营销专业在教学过程中还存在着“小本科”的教学弊端,学生实践能力不足,理论知识体系模糊,企业进行二次培训等问题。针对这些问题本文提出了以下几点建议,以帮助推进高职院校市场营销专业的教学改革。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the demand of international products is declining and the domestic sales of products are increasing. The development of marketing in our country is becoming increasingly stronger. The demand for marketing graduates also increases year by year. However, the marketing specialty of higher vocational colleges in our country still has some problems such as the teaching flaws of “undergraduate ”, the lack of practice ability of students, the fuzzy theory system and the secondary training of enterprises. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the following suggestions to help promote the teaching reform of marketing major in higher vocational colleges.
