本文着重介绍日本“大陆政策”与俄国“远东政策”产生的背景、内容、实施过程及其影响。通过比较研究,可以管窥中国、朝鲜在东北亚地区所处的重要战略位置,进而揭露日俄两个军事封建帝国主义国家为争夺东北亚地区的主导权而不惜付诸战争的代价。 This article focuses on the background, content, implementation process and impact of Japan “Mainland Policy ” and Russia “Far East Policy ”. Through a comparative study, we can have a glimpse of the important strategic positions China and North Korea have in northeast Asia and expose the cost of the two military feudal imperialist countries fighting over the war in northeast Asia.
