研究了双相不锈钢在拉伸过程中应变量与微磁信号的变化关系,分析了双相不锈钢变形状态下马氏体相变量以及微观组织变化特征。结果表明,2205双相不锈钢在拉伸变形时微磁信号随拉伸力的增大而增强,并且部分奥氏体转变为马氏体。
The relationship between the amount of strain and the signal of micro-magnetism during the drawing process of duplex stainless steel was studied. The martensitic transformation and microstructure of the duplex stainless steel were analyzed. The results show that the micro-magnetic signal of 2205 duplex stainless steel increases with the increase of tensile strength and some austenite changes to martensite.
