通信工程专业应用型、创新型人才培养模式的研究

文中针对当前应用型和创新型人才培养的现状和通信专业人才培养存在的问题,构建了通信工程本科专业的实践实验教学体系,通过实践体系的构建和人才培养模式的改革,从多个方面解决了学生的实践能力的训练与培养问题,大大提高了学生应用实践能力与创新能力,增加了学生的就业和择业机会。通过该体系的实施,所培养的学生具有扎实的工程理论基础知识,较强的应用能力与工程创新能力,培养出的学生符合国家和行业标准,具备创新精神和实践能力。 In view of the present situation of application-oriented and innovative talents cultivation and the problems existing in the cultivation of communication professionals, this paper constructs a practical experimental teaching system for undergraduate communication engineering. Through practical system construction and personnel training mode reform, The practical ability of students training and training, greatly improving students’ practical ability and innovation ability, increasing the employment and career opportunities for students.
