近年来免疫荧光法在临床医学上被广泛的应用,但用于污水内肠道致病菌的检验很少报导。本文采用直接免疫荧光法以期探讨该方法在污水中沙门氏菌快速检验上的可行性,现将试验结果报告如下: 一、材料与方法: 1.荧光血清:沙门氏菌0:60多价血清(天津商检局供给)。 2.荧光显微镜:系CARLZEISS、JE-NA,光源;HBO50F,隔热板:GG13/2mm,激发滤光板:BG12/2mm×2,橙黄色保护滤光板:OG1/1mm。目镜:15X、物镜:40X。
In recent years, immunofluorescence in clinical medicine has been widely used, but for the detection of intestinal bacteria in the sewage rarely reported. In this paper, direct immunofluorescence method in order to explore the method of rapid detection of Salmonella in sewage on the feasibility of the test results are reported as follows: First, the material and methods: 1. Eyepiece: 15X, Objective: 40X.
