随着我国经济发展方式的转变和产业转型升级,高职人才培养目标定位必须适应产业升级所需人才的需要。在产业转型升级的背景下,不断探索高职人才培养的规律,对于高职院校在新形势下适应市场需求变化,转变传统粗放型人才培养模式,探寻培养模式的体制机制,创新高职人才培养模式,实现产业转型升级与高职人才培养模式转型升级同步有着重要的现实意义。
