叉车变矩器壳体属于典型的复杂薄壁箱体铸件。采用消失模铸造模样可分片制作,再粘接成壳体模样,大大降低了复杂程度,可实现精确成型,以减小加工余量。采用卧式浇注系统避免了盆口变形,采用二次喷涂减少了铸件粘砂,利用计算机模拟软件对铸件充型过程进行模拟。修正简化了工艺。获得了尺寸精确度高和表面粗糙度低的铸件。
