为给混合动力叉车动力系统选型提供参考,从系统结构和控制策略两个方面设计了并联式和混联式混合动力叉车的动力系统。基于图形化建模仿真软件Matlab/Simulink建立了两种混合动力叉车的仿真模型,并在特定的循环工况下进行仿真试验:验证仿真模型有效性,对控制策略进行仿真分析,同时还比较了两种结构形式混合动力叉车的动力性和燃油经济性。结果表明,两种结构形式叉车动力性能相当,但混联式混合动力叉车有更好的燃油经济性。
In order to provide a reference for the selection of hybrid power system, the power system of parallel and hybrid hybrid forklift is designed from two aspects of system structure and control strategy. Based on the graphical modeling and simulation software Matlab / Simulink, the simulation models of two kinds of hybrid forklift trucks are established and simulated under certain cycle conditions: the validity of the simulation model is verified and the control strategy is simulated and compared Dynamic and Fuel Economy of Two Forklift Trucks. The results show that the two types of structural forklift power performance is quite, but the hybrid hybrid forklift has better fuel economy.
