用Dot ELISA和B超、X线在果洛州甘德县进行了人群包虫病的流行病学调查。结果表明 ,人群包虫病血清阳性率为 10 .83% ,男性和女性分别为 9.2 9%和 12 .92 % ;B超、X线检查阳性率为 5 .77% ,男性和女性分别为4.83%和 7.0 5 %。女性高于男性。不同职业血清阳性率和B超、X线检查阳性率均以牧民最高 (17.5 6 %和 11.5 6 % )。随年龄增加 ,人群包虫病血清阳性率和B超、X线检查阳性率越高。不同地点、不同职业、不同年龄段人群包虫病血清阳性率之间、B超X线检查阳性率之间均存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 )。
Epidemiological investigation of human hydatid disease was carried out in Dot County, Guoluozhou, using Dot ELISA and B-mode ultrasonography. The results showed that the positive rate of echinococcosis was 10.83%, 9.29% and 12.92% for males and females respectively. The positive rates of B-mode ultrasonography and X-ray were 5.77% and 4.83 for males and females respectively % And 7.0 5%. Women are higher than men. The positive rates of seroprevalence and B ultrasound in different occupations were the highest among herders (17.5 6% vs 11.5 6%). With age, the positive rate of echinococcosis and B ultrasound, the higher the positive rate of X-ray examination. There was a significant difference (P <0.01 or P <0.05) between the positive rate of hydatidosis and the positive rate of B-mode ultrasonography in different locations, different occupations and different age groups.
