目的 建立工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的气相色谱测定方法。方法 按照《车间空气监测检验方法》研究规范的要求进行实验室实验及现场实验。结果  10 0mg活性炭对甲基环己烷的穿透容量大于 15 .0 5mg ,当甲基环己烷的浓度为 2 1.7~ 12 7.0mg/m3 时 ,采样效率均达 99.6 4%~10 0 .0 0 % ;样品在炭管中至少可保存 8d ,方法的重现性好 ,不同浓度的相对标准偏差 (RSD)为 4.4%~ 8.4% ;平均解吸效率为 91.8%~ 96 .6 % ;方法的最低检测浓度为 0 .13mg/m3 ;空气中与甲基环己烷共存的苯、甲苯、正己烷、正庚烷等在本方法条件下不干扰测定。结论 此方法各项指标均达到《车间空气监测检验方法》研究规范的要求 ,适用于工作场所空气中甲基环己烷的现场监测 Objective To establish a method for the determination of methylcyclohexane in the air of the workplace by gas chromatography. Methods The laboratory experiments and field experiments were conducted in accordance with the requirements of the research standard of “Workshop Air Monitoring and Testing Methods”. Results The breakthrough capacity of methylcyclohexane was more than 15.0 mg for 100 mg of activated carbon. When the concentration of methylcyclohexane was 27.7 ~ 12 7.0 mg / m3, the sampling efficiency reached 99.6 4% ~ 10 0. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of different concentrations was 4.4% -8.4%, and the average desorption efficiency was 91.8% -96.6%. Methods The lowest detection concentration of 0 .13mg / m3; air and methylcyclohexane co-exist benzene, toluene, n-hexane, n-heptane, etc. under the conditions of this method does not interfere with the determination. Conclusion All the indexes of this method meet the requirements of the “Research Method of Workshop Air Monitoring and Testing” and apply to the field monitoring of methylcyclohexane in the air of workplace
