针对机器人喷涂BC301汽车保险杠过程中出现清漆大面积的颗粒不良,进行了系统的原因分析及调查。通过对供漆系统管路、机器人齿轮泵、换色阀、喷枪、旋杯等设备内部的清洁及PPG清漆稀释剂配比的调整,从而彻底解决了颗粒不良的问题。
Aiming at the problem that the large area of varnish is bad in the spraying process of BC301 bumper for robot, the reason of the system is analyzed and investigated. Through the system of paint supply system, robot gear pump, color change valve, spray gun, spin cup and other equipment inside the cleaning and PPG varnish diluent ratio adjustment, thus completely solve the problem of poor particles.
