目的:掌握某工作场所工作人群健康状况的资料,明确当前存在的主要健康问题;了解该工作场所工作人群的生活方式及作业方式情况,找出危害其健康的因素;分析调查对象的健康需求,提出干预措施,提高工作场所人群健康意识与健康行为形成率。方法:运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计法对该工作场所工作人员的健康状况和健康知信行进行调查和分析。结果:该工作场所有41.7%超重,20.5%肥胖,均高于北京市平均水平。现在吸烟率51.1%,男女现在吸烟率分别为75.8%和0,男性吸烟率高于北京市平均水平。38.8%男性经常饮酒(每周饮三次酒以上)。39.4%缺乏锻炼(每周锻炼天数小于3 d)。膳食中最突出的问题是钠盐和食用油摄入过多、不吃早餐、常吃咸菜腌菜和油炸食品、蔬菜水果摄入不足等问题。结论:结合该工作场所当前健康形势,应在中心积极开展健康促进活动,帮助职工合理安排工作节奏,调节生活规律,特别是合理饮食,适当锻炼,开展减重和戒烟限酒工作。
OBJECTIVES: To obtain information on the health conditions of working people in a workplace, to identify the main health problems that exist at present, to understand the lifestyle and work practices of the working population in the workplace, to find out the factors that endanger their health, to analyze the health needs of respondents, Put forward interventions to improve the health awareness and health behaviors in the workplace. Methods: The health status and health information of staff in the workplace were investigated and analyzed by questionnaire, literature and mathematical statistics. Results: The workplace was 41.7% overweight and 20.5% obese, both higher than the Beijing average. The current smoking rate is 51.1%, smoking rates for men and women are 75.8% and 0 respectively, and the prevalence of smoking among men is higher than the average for Beijing. 38.8% Men regular alcohol consumption (drink more than three times a week). 39.4% lack exercise (less than 3 days per week). The most prominent problems in the diet are excessive intake of sodium salt and cooking oil, not eating breakfast, eating pickles and fried foods, and inadequate intake of fruits and vegetables. Conclusion: In combination with the current health situation in the workplace, health promotion activities should be vigorously carried out in the center to help staffs reasonably arrange the pace of work, regulate the law of life, in particular, rationally diet, proper exercise, weight loss and alcohol restriction.
