本文从膜质过氧化反应及保护酶体系的变化、过氧化物酶、苹果酶脱氢酶同工酶的表达特性,分析了抗性不同的大豆品种对灰斑病1、7、8号小种的生理生化反应。研究结果表明:在灰斑病1、7、8号小种侵染下,感病品种膜质过氧化水平加重,保护酶体系失去活力,而抗病品种,虽然丙二醛(MDA)含量有所增加,但膜质的保护酶系统活性都很强,植株受害较轻。而过氧化物酶、苹果酸脱氢酶同工酶的变化反应了品种对灰斑病的抗性,这两个同工酶的协同反应,标志着品种抗灰斑病的特性。
In this paper, from the changes of membrance peroxidation and the protective enzyme system, the expression characteristics of peroxidase and apple enzyme dehydrogenase isozymes, the effects of different resistant soybean varieties on the susceptibility of Gray Spot 1,7,9 Physiological and biochemical reactions. The changes of peroxidase and malate dehydrogenase isozymes reflected the resistance of cultivars to Cercospora sojina. The synergistic response of these two isozymes marked the resistance of the cultivars to Cercospora sojae.
